Overview
This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through The Athlete's Bakery & Blends LLC ("The Athlete's Blender," "we," "us," or "our"), including shipped orders, local pickup orders, and retail products such as blenders.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are subject to the terms below.

Food & Perishable Items (Smoothie Packs, Bowls, etc.)
All Sales Final
Because our products are frozen and perishable:
All food sales are final.
We do not accept returns on any food items.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit ONLY if:
Your order arrives damaged.
Your order arrives fully thawed/unusable.
You receive the wrong items.
Claim Requirements
To be eligible, you must:
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
Provide your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We are NOT responsible for:
Products left outside after delivery.
Failure to freeze items immediately.
Missed deliveries or delayed retrieval.
Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.
Minor thawing where product is still safe for consumption.
Personal taste preferences.
3.
Local Pickup Orders
Orders must be picked up within the scheduled time window.
Failure to pick up does not qualify for a refund.
Once an order is handed off, you assume full responsibility.
4.
Blender & Non-Perishable Products
Return Eligibility
Blenders may be eligible for return if:
Returned within 14 days of delivery.
Item is unused and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase is provided.
Non-Returnable Blender Conditions
We do not accept returns if:
The blender has been used.
The product is damaged due to misuse.
Safety instructions were not followed.
Defective Products
If your blender arrives defective:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We may offer a replacement or refund upon review.
5.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued:
To the original payment method, OR
As store credit (at our discretion).
Processing time may take 5โ10 business days depending on your bank or provider.
6.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders follow the same refund rules.
Failure to cancel before the billing deadline does not qualify for a refund.
Once processed, subscription orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
7.
Chargebacks & Disputes
If a chargeback is filed:
We reserve the right to provide evidence of policy agreement.
Your account may be restricted from future purchases.
8.
Right to Deny Refunds
We reserve the right to deny any refund request that:
Does not meet the requirements outlined above.
Appears fraudulent or abusive.
