The continental United States (lower 48 states only).
We do not ship to:
Alaska or Hawaii.
P.O. Boxes.
International addresses.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1โ€“3 business days.
Orders placed after cutoff times may be processed the next business day.
Processing times may increase during high-volume periods.

Shipping Schedule

To maintain product quality:

Orders ship Monday through Wednesday only.
We do not ship later in the week to avoid weekend delays.
We may delay shipments due to weather or carrier disruptions.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery: 1โ€“3 business days after shipment.
Delivery time depends on location and carrier performance.

Packaging & Temperature Control

All shipped orders are packaged with:

Insulated liners.
Frozen gel packs and/or dry ice.
Sealed frozen smoothie pouches.

We design packaging to maintain safe temperatures for up to 48 hours in transit, but conditions may vary.

Customer Responsibilities (Shipping)

By placing a shipping order, you agree to:

Monitor your tracking information.
Be available to receive your package.
Immediately place items in a freezer upon delivery.
We are not responsible for spoilage due to:
Delayed retrieval.
Improper storage.
Missed deliveries.

Shipping Issues & Claims

If your order arrives damaged, fully thawed, or incorrect, you must:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the issue.

Incorrect Address & Carrier Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.

Pickup Locations

Local pickup may be available at:

The Athlete's Blender (Cafe Location).
Food Truck Locations (The Truth Booth / The Nutrition Truck).

Pickup availability may vary based on schedule and location.

Pickup Scheduling

You will receive a notification when your order is ready.
Orders must be picked up during the specified pickup window.

Pickup Requirements

To collect your order, you must:

Provide your name and/or order confirmation.
Pick up within the designated time window.

Pickup Time Limits

Orders not picked up within the scheduled window may be:

Discarded (due to perishable nature), or
Held at our discretion.

We are not responsible for product quality after missed pickup windows.

Pickup Product Responsibility

Once your order is handed off:

You assume full responsibility for proper storage.
Frozen products must be placed in a freezer immediately.

We are not liable for spoilage after pickup.

No-Show / Missed Pickup Policy

Failure to pick up your order:

Does not qualify for a refund.
May require a new purchase to replace items.

Refuse or cancel orders due to inventory issues.
